UNION CITY, Ind. – The Union City boys basketball team picked up a 65-55 win over Ansonia on Saturday night.
The Indians had three players in double figures led by Tyler Thornhill with 18 points.
Trevor Thompson tossed in 17 points, while Chase Jefferis finished with 15.
The Indians trailed 15-14 after on period and led 32-31 at the half. The were able to build a 47-39 advantage by the end of three quarters.
Union City (2-9) is at Lincoln Friday for a Tri-Eastern Conference contest.
