This week’s boys basketball slate features nine contests with three Tri-Eastern Conference affairs.
Class 2A No. 3 Northeastern (14-3) is involved in three of the games with the first one on Tuesday night at home against Franklin County (10-6).
The Knights (3-0 in the TEC) meet conference foe Union County (11-7, 3-2) in Fountain City on Friday.
On Saturday, Northeastern visits Tri (5-11, 1-3) for the final TEC contest of the week.
Union County starts its week at home against Randolph Southern (1-14) on Tuesday. Also on Tuesday, Union City (7-9) entertains Blue River (6-12).
On Friday, Winchester (12-5, 3-2) and Lincoln (8-9, 2-3) square off in Cambridge City in a TEC match-up, while Centerville (3-12) travels to Blue River and Daleville (6-12) is at Union City.
A trip to Bankers Life in Indianapolis is on tap for Hagerstown (12-6) as the Tigers face Lapel (16-2), which is the top-ranked team in Class 2A.
