CONNERSVILLE, Ind. – Union County’s boys basketball team opened the season Wednesday night on the wrong end of a 63-40 decision at Connersville.
Preston Scott and Cameron Donovan both had 10 points to lead the Patriots.
Mason Miller tossed in nine points.
Union County won the JV contest 41-34.
Nate Webb topped the Patriots with 17 points.
The Patriots (0-1) face Seton (0-0) on Tuesday night at Earlham College.
