Centerville’s Tommy Fordonski
GREENSBURG, Ind. – Tommy Fordonski had a career-high 24 points on Friday night as he led the Centerville boys basketball team to a 69-49 victory over South Decatur.
Fordonski nailed four 3-pointers and hit 4-of-5 free throws for the Bulldogs.
Justin DuPree added 17 points, while Kody Witham finished with 13.
Dante Torres contributed eight points.
The Bulldogs led 19-13 after one period, but they increased their margin to 38-24 by halftime.
In the second half, the Bulldogs continued to pull away as Fordonski had 13 of his output.
The Bulldogs (6-7, 0-2) visit Tri-Eastern Conference leader Union County (10-3, 4-0) on Wednesday.
