Tri High Girls Basketball Preview

LEWISVILLE, Ind. –
Tri High has three returning starters for Co-Head Coaches Jeff Miller and Chelsea Kilian as the Titans look to improve on a 16-7 season a year ago.

“We see versatilty and athleticism as being hugh strengths for this team,” Miller said. “We expect to be able to play either a full-court or half-court game.”

The top returning player is All-Tri Eastern Conference performer Payton Moore, who scored 16.6 PPG and grabbed 10.8 RPG.

The other starters back are senior Breanna Reece and junior Kaley Harrison. Senior Lauren Bouslog and junior Auburn Harvey also return.

Others on the roster are junior Madeline Hoover, sophomores Bayleigh Appleby, Makenna Hawk and Allsion Kingery along with freshmen Maddie Burchett and Averi Phelps.

“We’re going to be battling through some growing pains early in the season because we will be young in spots.

The Titans open the season at Morristown on Tuesday. The first TEC contest for the Titans is at Hagerstown on Tuesday, Nov. 14.
