WINCHESTER, Ind. – Four Tri-Eastern Conference boys golf teams took part in the Winchester Invitational on Saturday.
Noblesville won the event at the Winchester Golf Club with a 299 followed by Muncie Central (314), Union County (339), Blackford (344), Monroe Central (357), Richmond (361), Northeastern (385), Winchester (398), Jay County (417), Lincoln (462) and Lawrence Central (471).
Muncie Central’s Brock McCoy shot 69 to earn medalist honors.
Noblesville’s Clay Merchant (70) was second followed by teammates Jacob Deakyne (74) and Kyle Claussen (76). Richmond’s Jake Miller rounded out the top five with a 77.
