Panthers Post TEC Road Win


WINCHESTER, Ind. –
Knightstown won its baseball season opener on Tuesday with an 8-4 over Winchester in Tri-Eastern Conference action.

Tyler Burton led Knightstown with two hits as he knocked in two runs, while Caleb Pyle also had two hits.

Jack Fort and Jarred Porter with had two RBI.

Kaunner Cleek worked four innings on the mound for the Panthers with eight strikeouts to earn the win.

Tanner Stevenson led the Golden Falcons with two hits.

The Panthers (1-0, 1-0) visit Blue River on Wednesday.

Winchester (0-3, 0-1) entertains Union on Thursday.
