Every week during the college football season Press Room Pass will highlight some of the top individual performances from around the nation.

Here are some of the top efforts from week three.

TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin threw for five scores in the Horned Frogs 56-37 victory over SMU (1-2).

Boykin completed 21-of-30 passes for 454 yards with one interception for No. 3 TCU (3-0).

Leonard Fournette of LSU led the way for the No. 13 Tigers (2-0) as they beat No. 18 Auburn (2-1).

The LSU running back gained 228 yards on 19 carries with three touchdowns in the 45-21 victory.

Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield led the country in passing yards as the Sooners won 52-38 over Tulsa (2-1).

Mayfield was 32-of38 for 487 yards and four touchdowns for the Sooners (3-0).

No. 8 Notre Dame had a solid performance from running back C.J. Prosise as the Fighting Irish posting a 30-22 win in South Bend over No. 14 Georgia Tech (2-1).

Prosise ran for 198 yards in 19 attempts for Notre Dame (3-0) with three scores.

Southern Mississippi running back Jalen Richard had the top rushing performance of the week in a 56-50 win over Texas State (1-2).

Richard carried the ball 27 times for 230 yards and four touchdowns with three of them coming in the second half for the Golden Eagles (2-1).

Vanderbilt receiver Trent Sherfield grabbed 16 passes in the Commodores 47-7 win over Austin Peay (0-3).

Sherfield gained 240 yards for the Commodores (1-2) and scored on a 26-yard touchdown pass from Johnny McCrary.
