Every week during the college football season Press Room Pass highlights some of the top individual performances in college football from around the nation.

Here are some of the top efforts from the fourth week.

TCU’s Josh Doctson had one of the better weeks for a receiver this season as he had 18 grabs for 267 yards in a 55-52 victory at Texas Tech (3-1, 0-1).

Doctson also caught three touchdown passes for the Horned Frogs (4-0, 1-0) from quarterback Trevone Boykin, who threw for 485 yards and four scores.

Brandon Doughty

Brandon Doughty of Western Kentucky (3-1) threw for six touchdowns as the Hilltoppers won 56-14 over Miami-Ohio (1-3).

The quarterback for the Hilltoppers completed 33-of-41 passes for 457 yards in the victory.

Tyler Ervin

Tyler Ervin

San Jose State running back Tyler Ervin carried a big load for the Spartans (2-2, 1-1) during a 49-23 win over Fresno State (1-3, 0-1).

Ervin ran for 300 yards in 42 attempts, while scoring three touchdowns.

Leonard Fournette of LSU (3-0) continued to add to his numbers as the running back helped Georgia to a 34-24 win at Syracuse (3-1).

Fournette rushed for 244 yards on 26 carries and he scored twice.

Quarterback Cody Kessler led Southern Cal to a 42-14 PAC-12 victory at Arizona State (2-2, 0-1).

Kessler had five touchdowns as he was 19-of-33 for 375 yards for the Trojans (3-1, 1-1).

Hayden Moore

Hayden Moore

Hayden Moore began Cincinnati’s game at Memphis (4-0, 1-0) as the Bearcats (2-2, 0-2) backup quarterback. When starter Gunner Kiel was injured, Moore took over and was 31-of-53 for a school record 557 yards with four touchdowns.
