DUBLIN, Ind. –
The Lincoln softball team blanked Hagerstown on Thursday as the Golden Eagles won 9-0 in a Tri-Eastern Conference contest.

The Golden Eagles scored five times in the second inning to take control of the contest.

Jaela Patton got the win on the mound as she along with Hannah Hall and Kaleigh Lamb held the Tigers to one hit by Emma Hicks.

Lamb had three hits and knocked in three runs, while Emmie Pugh also had three hits and drove in two.

Hall added two hits and a RBI and Laynie Russell had two hits. Patton had a hit and two RBI.

The Golden Eagles (12-1, 6-0) entertain Class 1A No. 1 Tri High (14-1, 4-0) on Friday in the critical conference contest.
