Panthers Blast Waldron


WALDRON, Ind. –
Knightstown’s softball team collected 16 hits on Tuesday as the Panthers posted a 20-2 victory over Waldron.

Jess Butler had three hits and drove in four runs for the Panthers.

Trinidie Newby also had three hits as she knocked in three run and swiped two bases. Sidney Vise had two hits and three RBI.

Makenna Leisure, Courtney Carlton and Cara Mullin each had two hits.

Vise picked up the win as she tossed three innings and Chloe Kwisz worked the final two frames.

The Panthers (3-2) are at South Decatur on Wednesday.
