Three Tri-Eastern Conference gymnasts and one from Seton will participate in Saturday’s regional in Connersville.
Centerville’s Sarah Rohe is in the All Around competition after she finished third in the sectional. Her best event in the sectional was the Floor Exercise as she took second with score of 9.050.
The other competitors advanced to the regional in individual events by finishing in sixth place or higher.
Leann Brenneke of Seton will be on the Beam, Union County’s Hayley Kottka is in the Vault competition, while Lindsey North of Centerville joins the group in the Floor Exercise.
The gymnasts must finish in the top six to move on to the state championships.
The state finals are scheduled for Worthen Arena in Muncie on Saturday, March 10.
Opening ceremonies get underway at 12:30 p.m. The competition starts at 1 p.m.
