FISHERS, Ind. – The final Tri-Eastern Conference competitors in the IHSAA girls tennis tournament had their seasons come to an end during regional action at Fishers on Saturday.
Sam Hammel of Pendleton Heights (16-1, 4-0) defeated Lincoln’s Jamie Buhl (12-0, 4-1) 6-2, 6-2 in the singles tournament.
In doubles action, Susan Biederstedt and Autumn Clark of North Central (16-1, 6-0) beat the Centerville duo of Lizzy Walther and Shelby Good Centerville (17-1, 5-1) 6-0, 6-2.
