Tigers Bounce Back to Win

LYNN, Ind. – The top-ranked Hagerstown baseball team fell behind early, but rebounded to score in every inning as the Tigers defeated Randolph Southern 17-7 on Wednesday.

Trey Kelley, Drew Pyle and Cody Wilson all had three hits to lead the Tigers. Kelley had a homer to go with four stolen bases. Pyle had a pair of doubles.

Trent Weiss and Cameron Purtha had two hits apiece.

Pyle knocked in three runs, while Kelley, Weiss, Cody Swimm and Frank Bush all drove in two runs.

Brett Burns pitched five innings with three strikeouts to get the win for the Tigers.

Hagerstown (17-3) looks to finish the Tri-Eastern Conference with a perfect 7-0 mark as the Tigers entertain Union City on Thursday.
