CENTERVILLE, Ind. – Fourth-ranked Northeastern repeated as the Tri-Eastern Conference as the Knights defeated Centerville 13-1 in five innings on Tuesday.
Northeastern had multiple hits from Sierra Gilmore, Katie Schneider, Leah Hoskins, Chase Helton, and Katlyn Williams.
Schneider had six strike outs for the Knights, who finish 6-1 in the TEC and tied with second-ranked Union County.
Shelby Koch, Kenzie Lanman and Cassidy Weiss each had a hit for the Bulldogs.
Centerville (6-10, 3-3) entertains Lincoln on Wednesday.
Northeastern (16-5) returns to action on Thursday at Jay County.
