MUNCIE, Ind. – The Winchester baseball team scored five times in the first inning on Thursday as the Golden Falcons went on to win 13-1 over Muncie Burris.
Tanner Steveson and Aaron Beatty had three hits each for the Golden Falcons. Jacob Lahey knocked in three runs.
Lukas Mills went four innings on the mound for Winchester with five strikeouts. Lahey worked three frames with three strikeouts.
The Golden Falcons entertain Tri in a twinbill on Saturday.
