SELMA, Ind. – The Northeastern softball team defeated Wapahani 12-0 on Monday.
Katie Schneider gave up a pair of hits in the complete game shutout with nine strikeouts.
Schneider knocked in four runs with a two-run homer in the first inning. Sierra Gilmore scored three times.
Northeastern (1-0) return to action at Franklin County on Friday.
