NEW PALESTINE, Ind. – The Centerville girls swim team competed in the opening night of the sectional at New Palestine on Thursday.
Aubrey Davis, Grace Whiteley, Sophia Neher and Sydney Whiteley set a new school record in the 200 Medley Relay as the lowered the mark from 1:58.42 to 1:57.73.
Two other relays will also return for Saturday’s finals. Grace Whiteley, Baylee Fry, Tory Cruse and Sydney Whiteley in the 200 Free Relay. Tory Cruse, Baylee Fry, Sophie Neher and Aubrey Davis in the 400 Free Relay.

Aubrey Davis had the fastest qualifying time in the 100 Back and will also return for the finals in the 200 IM.
Grace Whiteley in the 200 IM and the 100 Breast.
Sydney Whiteley in the 50 Free and the 100 Free.
