LIBERTY, Ind. – The Union County girls soccer team rebounded from a loss at Greensburg last weekend to post a 7-0 victory over Rushville on Tuesday.
Brooklyn Wilson led the way for the Patriots with three goals.
Sarah Daggy added two scores, while Ann Marie Persinger and Abby Fields contributed one goal apiece.
It was the second straight multi-goal contest Wilson, who had two goals in last Saturday’s 3-2 loss at Greensburg.
Hannah Soper had four saves against Rushville, after stopping 10 shots against Greensburg. Kyla Niller added two saves against Rushville.
The Patriots entertain Connersville on Saturday.
