Regular season champion Centerville leads the way with 15 points, while Hagerstown and Winchester are tied for second with 12 points.
The other team scores are Lincoln 9, Tri 6, Northeastern 3, Union County 3 and Union City 0.
The tourney concludes on Monday in Fountain City with a start time around 4 p.m.
