CHARLOTTESVILLE, Ind. – Centerville’s swimming teams competed in the Eastern Hancock Invitational on Saturday.
The girls squad won the event, while the boys were second just a point away from the victory.
The winners for the girls were:
Aubrey Davis, Grace Whiteley, Lindsay Glover and Sydney Whiteley in the 200 Medley Relay, 2:07.43.
Sydney Whiteley in the 50 Free, 25.83 and the 100 Back, 1:08.77.
Grace Whiteley in the 200 IM, 2:41.51 and the 100 Breast, 1:21.24.
Aubrey Davis in the 200 Free, 2:14.47.
Baylee Fry in the 100 Free, 1:01.04.
Grace Whiteley, Baylee Fry, Aubrey Davis and Lindsay Glover in the 200 Free Relay, 1:52.54.
For the boys, the team of Nico Wankerl, Ryley Fry, Brett Ballenger and Parker Jaynes won the 200 Free Relay, 1:45.36.
Both teams will be at the Connersville Invitational next Saturday. The divers will compete on Friday.
