MUNCIE, Ind. – Winchester’s Ella Baldwin and Union City’s Reagan Hoggatt both advanced as individuals to next Saturday’s girls cross country semi-state at New Haven.
Baldwin was 15th in the Delta Sectional on Saturday, with Hoggatt finishing 16th.
