Winchester Wins JV Football Contest

HAGERSTOWN, Ind. – Winchester’s JV Football team defeated Hagerstown 20-18 on Monday night.

Joe Anderson had two touchdowns for the Golden Falcons, while and Elijah Love also scored. Ross Barker had a 2-point conversion.

Defensively for Winchester, Mark Hampshire, Adrian Cantu, and Chandler Retz all recovered a fumble. Hampshire and Brady Baker each had a quarterback sack.

For Hagerstown, Noah Snodgrass scored on a 5-yard and had a 10-yard touchdown pass to Braden Himelick.

Himelick led the Hagerstown defense with two interceptions including a 16-yard return for a score.

Winchester entertains Union City next Monday, while Hagerstown faces Centerville at home.
